Shipping & Processing

Fierce By K Boutique is based in Toronto, ON. We ship worldwide, and you can receive an estimate for the shipping times based on where you live.

Every order is processed as quickly as possible, but we recommend you to allow us around 1-3 business days to process an order. Any orders that are placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday. In case you have any preorder, you can refer to that original order and you will have all the shipping details and guidelines in your confirmation email. In the case of preorders, it can take up to 3-5 business days to send a product, whereas some pre orders can take up to 10 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Depending on where you reside, shipping costs can vary . These will be calculated in your cart when you purchase your products. One thing to note is that shipping costs are only estimates, the items might arrive faster or they might take more than anticipated. We always work hard to deliver within the designated time, but things like the pandemic, customs clearance and others can end up pushing the delivery quite a bit. You will receive a confirmation with all the delivery details when the order was processed and  a tracking number when your item is shipped. We don’t ship to any PO boxes!

Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs. If you have any special requests, please do not hesitate To contact fiercebyk@gmail.com as we are more than happy to try our best to accommodate you.  

CANCEL ORDER

Price adjustments will not be made, once an order has been placed. The pricing reflected at the time of checkout is considered final and will NOT be adjusted. Any and all promotional pricing will ONLY be valid during the time period allotted by Fiercebyk . Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of purchase

RETURNS

Fierce By K Boutique  does not offer refunds. We only offer an exchange within 7 business days . All returned  items must be unworn , unwashed, odor free and no damages. If any items are broken in transit or you received a wrong size, please send a photo and it will be replaced free of charge.  

All customers are responsible to drop off their items to Fierce By K Boutique if they live outside of the GTA for an exchange. We only pick up items for an exchange within the GTA.
